How to obtain Toxic Tlhapi

Fish open waters around the Coiled Isle, or Bubbling Beryl, Willow Sea and Viscous Venom pools. Throwing this fish back grants a temporary Midnight Fishing skill bonus, consuming the fish. Save any required for quests before using it as a buff.
