Loot Motes of Harmony from Pandaria enemies and combine ten into a Spirit of Harmony. Choose a dense group you can defeat and loot efficiently rather than relying on old auction-price predictions.

Clear the Ik’thik mantid groups in the eastern trench and loot them for Windwool Cloth and Motes of Harmony. Avoid elite scorpions if you cannot handle them. Ten motes combine into one Spirit; Mists Classic binds them to the looting character. Markers identify approximate areas. Lines are suggested searches; they are not fixed spawn locations or a measured yield guarantee.
