Reach Bloodsworn Crew with Captain Tokka, then buy The Coiled Huntress rod from Second Mate Sluggs. Successful Coiled Isle catches build venom on the equipped rod. Visit Seasage Polo at 51.55, 49.92 to convert that venom into Coiled Filament. Grey junk catches do not count.
