This is the Retail guide for Linen Cloth. It covers an older expansion’s crafting material, not Midnight’s new reagents.

The old character-level recommendations have been removed because Retail zones and enemies use level scaling. Check your map’s level range and the relevant zone phase before traveling.

Where to farm Linen Cloth

  • Silverpine Forest
  • Darkshore

Farm the humanoid enemies in the marked area and loot every group. Work through nearby packs in a loop; avoid camping a single spawn when other eligible enemies are available.

Fight the Dragonmaw Whelpstealers and Ebon Slavehunters east of Greenwarden’s Grove. Both provide cloth; skin fully looted Ebon Slavehunters for leather. Stay clear of Alliance guards if Horde. Markers identify approximate areas. Lines are suggested searches; they are not fixed spawn locations or a measured yield guarantee.
