How to obtain Blightswarmer

Unlock Cursed Fishing through the Captain Tokka fishing quests, including Venom Fishing: Shell of Yourself. Complete a Curse Surge, then fish the affected nearby waters while Cursed Land and Waters applies. Open-water catches are possible; this is an event-dependent farm.

Learn Midnight Fishing and use pool tracking to find fishing activity. Check the pool name before casting when targeting a particular fish. Zone availability does not guarantee that every pool contains this fish.
