This page uses the Wrath of the Lich King ruleset. The skill numbers below are profession skill, not character level. Train the next profession rank before reaching your current cap.

Leveling First Aid

Skill	Recipe	Ingredients / farming links
350–360	Heavy Netherweave Bandage	Netherweave Cloth
360–400	Frostweave Bandage	Frostweave Cloth
400–450	Heavy Frostweave Bandage	Frostweave Cloth

Ingredient links show where to gather the inputs. Quantities depend on the recipe and the number of attempts; use the recipe window for the amount consumed per craft. Buy vendor supplies such as thread, parchment, dyes and vials from profession suppliers.

Keep bolts, powders, grinding stones and other intermediate crafts for later recipes. Yellow recipes may require extra attempts. Vendor recipes and specialization recipes must be learned before you can use them.
