WoW Classic · Cataclysm
Updated 21 October 2026

How to farm Toughened Flesh

Kill and loot Highland Worgs in Twilight Highlands. The meat is a corpse-loot item; Skinning is optional and adds leather after you have looted the corpse. Uldum’s hyenas are another source.

Skin fully looted worgs, elk, owls and gryphons around the green northeastern slopes. Highland Worgs also provide Toughened Flesh as ordinary loot. Avoid Kirthaven’s guards if hostile. Markers identify approximate areas. Lines are suggested searches; they are not fixed spawn locations or a measured yield guarantee.
