Farming Raw Bristle Whisker Catfish — WoW Classic

WoW Classic · Original WoW / Classic Era

How to farm Raw Bristle Whisker Catfish

Fish Lake Everstill in Redridge Mountains. Other options include Ashenvale’s inland waters and your faction capital. Equip a lure if fish frequently escape; the effective Fishing requirement depends on the water, not the food’s required eating level.

Classic Era, TBC and Wrath use the original Azeroth terrain. Cataclysm and Mists use the reworked world, so use a route for your realm’s terrain.

See Fishing leveling for progression and related materials.

Cast into Lake Everstill for Raw Bristle Whisker Catfish. Horde players should choose a bank away from Lakeshire guards. Use a lure if fish escape. Markers identify approximate areas on the original world map. Lines are suggested searches, not guaranteed spawn locations. Cataclysm changed this terrain.
