How to farm Gold Ore

Mine deposits with Mining. Carry a Mining Pick and use Find Minerals.

Classic Era, TBC and Wrath use the original Azeroth terrain. Cataclysm and Mists use the reworked world, so use a route for your realm’s terrain.

Follow the rocky margins of northern Feralas and detour toward tracked deposits. Gold is a rarer vein; clear Iron along the route. Keep away from faction settlement guards. Markers identify approximate areas. Lines are suggested searches; they are not fixed spawn locations or a measured yield guarantee.
