Buy this item from Leatherworking or Tailoring supplies. Start with the supply merchant beside your profession trainer in a capital city; the trainer and the merchant may be different NPCs. Check the vendor’s item name before buying the recipe quantity. This is a purchased supply, not a material gathered in the world.
Classic Era, TBC and Wrath use the original Azeroth terrain. Cataclysm and Mists use the reworked world, so use a route for your realm’s terrain.
