Kill and loot cranes and other Pandaria birds. Check the cranes along the waterways in Valley of the Four Winds; Skinning is not required for their meat. Nam Ironpaw also sells ingredient sacks for Ironpaw Tokens if you prefer the cooking-currency exchange.
