Farming Truesilver Ore — Retail

Retail · Original WoW / Classic Era materials
Updated 21 October 2026

This is the Retail guide for Truesilver Ore. It covers an older expansion’s crafting material, not Midnight’s new reagents.

Train Classic Mining for this material. Retail uses a separate 1–300 Classic skill bar; the old combined 1–600 progression does not apply. Character levels depend on zone scaling and timeline selection, so the map and quest requirements in your current game determine access.

Where to farm Truesilver Ore

  • Felwood or Burning Steppes

Enable Find Minerals and follow the zone circuit. Gather other deposits along the way rather than waiting beside a single spawn; competing miners and respawn timing change how much you collect.

Work the mountain margins on both sides of the valley. Mine ordinary Mithril as you search for rare Truesilver veins; check tracked cave nodes when safe. Markers identify approximate areas. Lines are suggested searches; they are not fixed spawn locations or a measured yield guarantee.
