This is the Retail guide for Elementium Ore. It covers an older expansion’s crafting material, not Midnight’s new reagents.

Train Cataclysm Mining for this material. Retail uses a separate 1–75 Cataclysm skill bar; the old combined 1–600 progression does not apply. Character levels depend on zone scaling and timeline selection, so the map and quest requirements in your current game determine access.

Where to farm Elementium Ore

Twilight Highlands
Uldum

Enable Find Minerals and follow the zone circuit. Gather other deposits along the way rather than waiting beside a single spawn; competing miners and respawn timing change how much you collect.
