How to farm Spirit of Harmony

Combine ten Mote of Harmony looted from Pandaria enemies into one Spirit of Harmony. The Ik’thik mantid trench in eastern Dread Wastes is a practical farm that also yields Windwool Cloth. Songbell Seed crops at Sunsong Ranch offer a daily alternative after the Tillers unlock. In Mists Classic these are soulbound; do the farm on the character that needs them.

Clear the Ik’thik mantid groups in the eastern trench and loot them for Windwool Cloth and Motes of Harmony. Avoid elite scorpions if you cannot handle them. Ten motes combine into one Spirit; Mists Classic binds them to the looting character. Markers identify approximate areas. Lines are suggested searches; they are not fixed spawn locations or a measured yield guarantee.
