Start near 58.1, 48.4 in Dread Wastes and clear the Ik’thik packs toward the Valley of the Four Winds boundary. Leave the elite scorpions unless you can handle them. Howlingwind Cavern’s snow sprites in Kun-Lai Summit are an alternative.

Clear the Ik’thik mantid groups in the eastern trench and loot them for Windwool Cloth and Motes of Harmony. Avoid elite scorpions if you cannot handle them. Ten motes combine into one Spirit; Mists Classic binds them to the looting character. Markers identify approximate areas. Lines are suggested searches; they are not fixed spawn locations or a measured yield guarantee.
