Search rocky slopes with Find Minerals enabled. Use flight or the proper ramps around the fjord cliffs; the loop is not a straight ground path. Classic Cobalt needs Mining 350 and Rich Cobalt 375. Markers identify approximate areas. Lines are suggested searches; they are not fixed spawn locations or a measured yield guarantee.
