Wild Steelbloom can sell for 50 gold or more per stack! It’s used when leveling both Inscription and Alchemy. Once your Herbalism is level 115 or higher and you can fight off level 26 mobs head to Northern Stranglethorn to gather at least a few stacks of Wild Steelbloom. This is a great place for a level 26+ to make a lot of gold quickly.
Update: You can make a lot of gold with Wild Steelbloom, but if you want to step it up and make thousands of gold you should read my personal favorite guide.
Where to Farm Wild Steelbloom
Northern Stranglethorn
This route covers almost all the Wild Steelbloom spawns in Northern Stranglethorn. Follow this route carefully:
Arathi Highlands
If you don’t want to go all the way to Stranglethorn, head to Arathi Highlands and run around the outer area along the cliffs. The Wild Steelbloom here is more spread out but you’ll gather quiet a bit if you don’t get distracted.
